1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GameVault ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use GameVault.

2. Description of Service

GameVault provides a free online gaming platform where users can play browser-based games without downloading or installing software. The Platform is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

When using GameVault, you agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on GameVault, including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, text, and software, is the property of GameVault or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

5. User-Generated Content

If the Platform allows you to post, submit, or share content, you grant GameVault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GameVault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GameVault. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Children's Privacy

GameVault is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
